How Coin Watch handles your data.
What we collect
Account details you provide, your public wallet address, the alerts and trade history you create in the app, the deposit and withdrawal history of your in-app wallet, security logs such as sign-in and withdrawal events, and basic usage analytics. We never ask for your seed phrase. In-app wallet keys are stored encrypted on our servers and are never sent to your browser.
How we use it
To run your account, show your portfolio and alerts, protect your funds from fraud, and keep the service reliable and secure. We also record technical errors so we can fix them.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers for hosting, authentication and database storage who process data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet or delete your alerts at any time. Contact us to request deletion of your account data. Funds in an in-app wallet should be withdrawn first, because deleting an account removes access to that wallet.
